- The Atelier Chardon Savard is authorised by the student health insurance program. Participation is obligatory and must be paid to the Atelier who is the collector of funds for the insurance program.
Two possible cases:
-Students between 20 and 28 years old during the school year: you must register with the student health insurance program and pay the inscription fees. These criteria may be modified by the Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie Nationale. - -Students less than 20 years old during the school year (October 1 to the following September 30):
with salaried, employed parents: you are covered, but remain the “beneficiary” of your parents. No insurance fees are due.
with parents who are shopkeepers, craftsmen, or independent self-employed professionals: you can be covered by their health insurance, but you must provide proof of coverage for the period of October 1 until the following September 30.
other cases: you must register and pay the fees to the student health insurance program.
